How to Host a Walking School Bus Training

October 19, 2019 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

A walking school bus (WSB) is a safe and fun way for children to get physical activity as they travel to and from school with adult supervision. Each “bus” walks along a set route with one or more adults leading it. The adults chaperone the children on their way to school. In neighborhoods like Chinatown and the Excelsior, school communities congregate at parks near their schools and walk together as a large group. Join us for our next training to learn how to host a walking school bus at your school.
